TERRI IRWIN WAITS FOR CROCODILE HUNTER

Steve Irwin's widow Terri is still waiting for the late 'Crocodile Hunter' to come home and "walk through the door".The 42-year-old widow is struggling to come to terms with the death of the Australian conservationist, who was killed last September aged just 44. She said: "It's extremely difficult. Part of me is still waiting for the day that he walks through the door."Terri also revealed she and her children, Bindi, eight, and three-year-old Bob often watch Steve's old TV shows. She added: "We have so much footage of Steve and we watch it so it's like we almost get to see him every day. The kids and I have good days and bad, but you just deal with it as it comes."Steve was killed when his heart was pierced by a stingray barb while he was filming a documentary off the Great Barrier Reef last year.Terri has refused to blame the sea creature for her husband's attack, and recently urged fans of the naturalist to respect stingrays. She said: "If Steve had come out the other side, I am sure he would have used it as an educational tool."Everybody understands the rules of rays, now. I think people should love rays. They are cute little pancakes in the ocean and their only defence is that incredible barb."
